Please call customer service at (308) 247-3400 in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 90 days of purchase date.

Order Cancellation Policy
Please submit any cancellation via email to, or call us at (308) 247-3400.

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping, after the merchandise has been returned to us unopened.

Shipping Procedures
We make every effort to ship order on in-stock products within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Often, we are able to ship orders the same day they are received.  If shipment is delayed more than 72 hours from the time of your order, you will be notified by email or telephone. We do not guarantee processing or transit times, except in the case of specific arrangements through our Nebraska office at (308) 247-3400 prior to your order.

All domestic orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. These options and costs are available on the order form. International orders are shipped via Global Priority Mail or Global Express Mail, and accompanied by applicable customs documentation.

International Orders
Please be aware that we have no control over the customs and import duties processes of your country. Shipments are sometimes delayed due to these circumstances. The purchase price of your order, and the shipping charges, are paid when your order is processed. Your order payment does not include GST, VAT or any other taxes imposed by your country. Your order payment does not include any import duties or fees that may be charged by customs officials in your country. Any and all additional import duties, fees or taxes imposed by the country of import are the responsibility of the buyer.

In the case lost or excessively delayed shipment, you are encouraged to call or email so that we may attempt to track or replace your order.
