Meet the Polyphenols

Apple Poly contains 30+ bioactive polyphenols gently extracted from the skins of baby green (unripe) apple skins, where the polyphenols are most highly concentrated.

Phloridzin is a polyphenol found almost exclusively in apple root, bark, stems, and peels that helps control blood sugar. Apple Poly is the only product with standardized amounts of phloridzin, which works by slowing down how much glucose your body absorbs from food and how much your kidneys reabsorb, helping to keep your blood sugar levels steady after meals. (Which is important, because blood sugar spikes can greatly damage the body.) It also has anti-inflammatory benefits, particularly in the gut, and can help balance the bacteria in your digestive system.

Procyanidin B2 is a polyphenol (most highly concentrated in apple skins) that helps protect your body from oxidative stress that damages cells and tissues. Procyanidin C1 is a polyphenol that helps your body clear away damaged or aging cells, known as senescent cells.
